Locum Employment Solicitor – UK Top 100 Firm – Bristol / Hybrid
A highly regarded and leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to provide interim support within its specialist Employment team. Working closely with Senior Lawyers and Partners, you will advise a diverse client base across the healthcare sector, including both NHS and independent providers, on a broad range of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence-related matters
* Supporting clients through organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers
* Conducting Employment Tribunal case preparation, including drafting pleadings, witness statements and supporting documentation
* Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies, procedures and settlement agreements
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
* Experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Strong Employment Tribunal experience, either independently or as part of a wider team
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
