Work with individuals or small groups of pupils to support learning, progress, and wellbeing. Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEND, EAL, or behavioural needs. Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment under the guidance of the class teacher. Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Supervise pupils during non-classroom times, such as lunch and break periods if required. Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Person Specification Essential: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
