Duties:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
* Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
* Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
* Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
* Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
* Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
* Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
* Clear tables and reset for the next guest
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Experience:
* Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
* Knowledge of basic math for handling payments and making change
* Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation processes
* Strong upselling skills to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
* Excellent guest service skills, including attentiveness, patience, and problem-solving abilities
