Role: Relief Staff (Resident Support - Cook and Housekeeping)
Location: Sefton
Contract: Bank (Zero Hours)
Pay Rate: £12.21 - 13.62 per hour
We’re seeking relief staff to complement our existing Sheltered Housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, rewarding role where they can make a real difference in the lives of older people.
Responsibilities
* Meal Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and serve home-cooked meals for residents, while maintaining food stock and ensuring proper rotation.
* Resident Support: Be the first point of contact for residents, offering a friendly face and support with their daily needs.
* Housekeeping: Ensure communal areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for all.
* Wellbeing Promotion: Promote the overall wellbeing of our residents, ensuring they feel respected, empowered, and connected within our community.

Requirements: This role requires eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references, and a basic DBS check, the cost of which will be met by Abbeyfield.
