Salary
The
on-target earning potential for this role is £34,220.80 annual salary,
compromising of a base salary of £32,640.00 plus a qualified estimate of £1,580.80
gratuities per annum.
About the
role
As a Social
Media Manager & Content Creator, your key responsibilities are:

Developing
social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness, engagement
and sales
·
Responsible
for managing, creating and scheduling all content on social media channels
including Insta, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn
·
Manage
the content calendar to ensure a regular presence across all channels is tied
in with wider activity including email marketing, website updates and digital
campaigns
·
Manage
The Belfry’s photography and videography requirements to ensure the visual
identity of the brand represents the Resort’s aspirations across social,
website and emails
·
Liaising
with other departments to create an engaging social media content that touches
all areas of the resort
·
Collaborating
with design team when necessary to provide attractive and engaging campaigns
·
Working
with the PR Team to create news stories and blog content
·
Monitoring,
tracking and reporting on all relevant channels
·
Keeping
up with trends and technologies
·
Identify
relevant influencers on social media and ensure collaborations are manged with
the PR team
·
Monitoring
and responding to guest feedback, comments and social media posts
·
Collaborate
with the Commercial Marketing team to support the overall business needs
About you
The ideal
candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience of planning and creating digital
content for a range of audiences.
Previous experience in a similar role is a must. Hotel, Resort &
Hospitality industry preferred.
You will
