Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assess their needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
* Provide detailed explanations of services offered and recommend additional services through effective upselling techniques.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
* Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure all financial processes are followed correctly.
* Liaise with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely updates on vehicle status.
* Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
* Stay informed about current promotions, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
* Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
