Employment Type: Full-time Location: Newtownards Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 Comprehensive Benefits & Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate installation crews for residential insulation projects. Confirm appointment dates with customers and maintain clear communication. Manage and update scheduling systems for efficient team deployment. Prepare and track all pre and post-installation documentation (permits, certifications, warranties). Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries throughout the project life-cycle. Support project closeouts by verifying documentation and liaising with finance and ops teams. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, technical staff). Communicate effectively with external parties, including suppliers and local authorities. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction, energy, or a similar field. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management. Proficiency in scheduling tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Confident in working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Professional, approachable, and adaptable under pressure.
