We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Assistant Service Manager to join our services in the Hucknall and Mansfield areas. This role offers a chance to develop your skills as an Assistant Service Manager.
Mencap delivers high-quality, personalised support to people with learning disabilities and their families. Leading dedicated teams of Support Workers, you will be an energetic and confident Assistant Service Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience by working alongside the Service Manager. You will assist in people management and development across the service teams. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and improving the quality of our service delivery. We seek self-motivated and determined individuals with a passion for positive change and confidence to make difficult decisions under pressure.
Your working week is flexible, covering 7 days, including weekends. Flexibility is essential for both the individual and Mencap.
