A National Organisation is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their growing business and work on exciting projects. The position will see you carrying out Project Support, Project Coordination and Administration tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Project Documentation Production – Collation and production of Handover information and documentation for completed projects. Also tracking and reporting of documentation.
* Accurately support and maintain department records and trackers, inclusive of project updates.
* Support the Project Team with the completion and production of design and build documentation as requested by Senior Management.
* Support the Projects Department in the running and management of small projects or elements of a larger project as required.
* Ability to adhere to health and safety requirements.
* Maintain all project information/data in the nominated database ensuring the accuracy & validity of all input information
* Assist Project Team as required to meet project objectives within required timeframes
