About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, proactive and people-focused Onboarding & Sales Support Officer to join a fast-growing professional services business within the contractor payroll and accountancy sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with clients/candidates, supporting sales activity and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience from initial enquiry through to account setup. You'll play a key role in supporting both the sales and operations teams while building strong relationships with contractors, agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the sales team with new client onboarding and administration
2. Acting as a first point of contact for new contractor and client enquiries
3. Guiding clients through the onboarding and registration process
4. Managing documentation and ensuring compliance checks are completed accurately
5. Liaising with internal departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
