What you’ll do Successful applicants will rotate through three different senior roles in three different countries across three years. These could include Chief of Staff, Head of Product, and Head of Commercial roles. All will be within our sportsbook or iGaming units in areas ranging from risk and regulatory to data science, finance and strategy. Participants are given real authority to make decisions and drive impact. These positions are demanding but y ou'll be fully supported and mentored at every step, including by an executive-level sponsor and a rotation specialist. The Application Process If your application is successful, you’ll complete three stages of assessment: January - February 2026: Applications open February - March 2026: Video interview and leadership assessment March-April 2026: In-person interviews May 2026: Offers made September 2026: Program starts Who can apply? We accept applications from candidates holding an MBA or pos sessing an equivalent postgraduate or executive qualification along with a minimum of three years’ work experience. Important Information This is a 3-year fixed term program made up of three 12-month international rotations commencing in September 2026. To take part, you must be globally mobile for the full duration of the program and able to work from multiple Flutter office locations.
