Platform / DevOps Engineer
Our client is a growing AI and Automation software start / scale up. In their central London office (hybrid, flexible, working), they’re looking to hire a Platform / DevOps Engineer to build and scale the platform infrastructure and work with the engineering team to enable seamless CI/CD and improve deployment pipelines.
In this key role you’ll design and implement new Kubernetes and container orchestration, own the AWS infrastructure with Terraform, build microservices and ensure API integration – Very varied!
Requirements
* Systems knowledge - From container orchestration and CI/CD pipelines to API design and frontend integration
* Excellent experience with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, AWS services (EKS, S3, RDS, ECR, IAM) and DevOps
* Must have early-stage scaling experience - Seed, Series A, Series B experience
* Deep understanding of Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps etc
* Experience with pod autoscaling (HPA / VPA) and resource optimisation
* A passion for tech and learning and a self-starter who can work autonomously from day one
* Strong academic background would be ideal
* Frontend experience - Next.js, Typescript etc would be ideal too
