About the Role
We are looking towelcome an experienced Solicitor into our Wills, Trusts & Probate team.
As a Qualified Solicitor, you will deliver high‑quality legal advice grounded in relevant policyand legislation. This is a generalist WTP role, requiring the ability to managea varied caseload that includes wills, lasting powers of attorney, probatematters, and trusts for high-net-worth individuals. You will provide thoroughand accurate legal guidance, while also demonstrating effective delegation ofappropriate administrative tasks to Legal Assistants or Paralegals.
About you
To thrive in thisrole, you’ll bring a strong and comprehensive understanding of the full WTPcaseload, along with proven experience in case management and overseeing adiverse portfolio. You’ll have the confidence and capability to organise yourown workload, make sound independent decisions, and take ownership of yourcases from start to finish. You will be working towards fee‑earning targetsthat contribute directly to the success of the team, so the ability tocommunicate clearly and professionally at all levels is essential. While you’llneed to be self‑motivated and comfortable working independently, you’ll alsoplay a key part in a collaborative team environment helping to achieve sharedgoals and build strong working relationships internally and externally. Whilstnot essential, it is ideal that you are STEP qualified, working towards it, orlooking to complete STEP qualifications in the near future.
