We pride ourselves on our individual approach to learning, where students receive outstanding teaching and support, extensive extracurricular opportunities and fantastic facilities.

The Exciting Role

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs? Do you believe in the power of education to build independence, confidence and employability?

We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring teacher to join our Steps to Success team – a curriculum programme that supports learners with high needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) as they prepare for adulthood.

This post could suit an experienced practitioner looking for their next challenge, a newly qualified teacher looking to make their mark within an Outstanding organisation.

If you are applying as a trainee teacher, the College’s Trainee Teacher programme will include funding for your teaching qualification, as well as mentoring support and coaching from our experienced team. In addition, the DfE Taking Teaching Further funding also offers eligible recruits* a £6,000 incentive payment.
