Sous Chef required for this Country Hotel / Village Inn located between Northampton and Towcester. The well established Head Chef is looking for somebody that can help with the running of the kitchen on a daily basis, cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients with the menus changing throughout the year often with barbecue or hog roasts on some summer evenings The hotel has a steady function trade which is always a mix of plated meals and various types of hot and cold buffets. This would most likely suit a strong chef de partie that is looking for a step up and who is looking for their first Sous chef position. The experienced Head Chef is happy to teach kitchen management skills such as costing and menu development but it is essential that you have previous cooking experience.
