Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) looking for flexible daily supply work in Market Rasen and surrounding areas? We are seeking enthusiastic ECT teachers to join our pool of supply staff in Market Rasen and surrounding areas. Aspire People will provide day-to-day supply teaching as well as opportunities for long-term roles. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to choose when and where you work.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary students in line with the national curriculum.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils and provide support as required.
Qualifications
* Qualified teacher status
* A passion for creating engaging and dynamic lessons
* Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
* An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
