Responsibilities:
* We will rely on you to own and maintain our IT operating plan, ensuring roadmaps scale with business growth across multiple locations.
* We will need you to support the safe and governed adoption of AI tools across the business.
* We will expect you to manage external IT service providers, rebalance scope where needed, and ensure strong service levels.
* We will need you to evaluate and recommend innovative technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.
* We will ask you to lead IT and MIS projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* We will expect you to conduct regular risk assessments and present clear, solution-focused findings to senior leadership.
* We will rely on you to develop and deliver IT training and best-practice materials for staff.
* We will need you to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support where required, working alongside external suppliers.
