We are looking for a Junior Product Owner to join the eCommerce Development team, based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire.

The Development team plays a key role within the eCommerce department, constantly working to improve our websites and mobile app to deliver a seamless and engaging shopping experience for our customers. From enhancing site performance and functionality to implementing new features and technologies, the team ensures our eCommerce platforms are fast, reliable, and customer focused.
About the Role
As a Junior Product Owner, you will support your product stream and will gain hands-on experience in Technology, eCommerce and Product Ownership. Your day to day will consist of assisting with stakeholder communications, participating in requirements gathering and supporting in facilitating various meetings. The aim of the role involves close collaboration with various teams, helping to deliver projects effectively while learning the fundamentals of product ownership. So, what else is involved?
1. Support the Product Owner (PO) and Lead Product Owner (LPO) in daily stream activities.
2. Assist in stakeholder communication management.
3. Support project management tasks, including scope documentation and project tracking.
4. Help facilitate product requirement gathering from stakeholders.
5. Contribute to organising and facilitating ceremonies and meetings.
About you
6. Previous experience in retail, eCommerce or digital marketing.
7. Passionate about technology and keen to develop skills in product management.
8. Excellent communication skills and capable of engaging with diverse teams..
9. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
