We are seeking an Engagement Analytics Manager to lead the implementation and development of our new student engagement analytics system. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of student support, data insight, and institutional change.

Key Highlights Of The Role
1. Lead the rollout and optimisation of a university-wide engagement analytics system, becoming the expert user and champion for its adoption as well as providing line management to the Engagement Analytics Systems Administrator.
2. Shape policy and practice around student engagement and wellbeing, using data to inform proactive support strategies.
3. Collaborate across departments to train staff, build understanding, and embed the system into everyday operations.
