Our client is a PE backed B2B SaaS organisation with an international presence.
The successful Head of Sales Operations will:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc.
Look to standardise GTM across different business regions.
Monitor marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.
As successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
Knowledge of different sales methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
The ability to travel internationally and work from their Hertfordshire office.
Ideally, a second language in either German or Spanish.
