Assistant Site Manager – Residential Development (Sittingbourne, Kent)
Salary: £50,000 per year + benefits
A well-established UK residential developer is looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality housing development in Sittingbourne, Kent. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their career within a structured and supportive housebuilding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Site Manager with daily site operations
* Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works meet quality standards
* Supporting health & safety compliance across site
* Monitoring build progress and reporting on programme
* Helping maintain site standards and customer care expectations
Requirements:
* Experience working on residential housing developments
* Good knowledge of construction sequencing and quality standards
* SSSTS or SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid preferred
* Ambitious, organised, and keen to progress to Site Manager level
