The Role

We are looking for a talented Client Services Administrator to join our committed team in Hawarden. This role is designed to provide support to the wider client‑facing teams at ALS Life Sciences. You will help and support the team with queries, scheduling, reporting, and including day‑to‑day administration tasks to ensure that we continuously provide excellent levels of service.

* Contract Type: Full‑Time
* Working Days: Monday to Friday
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Location: Hawarden


Day to Day

* The main functions of this role include, but are not limited to:
* Managing and responding to customer emails and phone calls promptly.
* Scheduling analysis to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
* Preparing and maintaining reports on customer interactions and service outcomes.
* Performing daily administrative tasks to support the team.
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.


Essentials

* We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant client service experience or a strong interest in developing in this area.
* Excellent professional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
* A proactive and organised approach to handling a busy workload.
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience in a laboratory or client‑facing role is desirable but not essential.
* A willingness to learn, with extensive training provided to support your development.
