About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our students' academic, emotional and social development. Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will help deliver a rich, engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. What The School Are Looking For GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) - essential Working towards or holding a Level 2 qualification in supporting teaching/learning - desirable Some experience working with students with SEMH needs or additional challenges Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures Positive, flexible and child-centred approach Full UK driving licence - required Ready to Apply?
