Receptionist Required
Our client is seeking a receptionist to manage a busy desk and perform administrative tasks, working 18.5 hours per week. The position is initially offered on a 12-month contract, with potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to handle queries professionally, demonstrate proactivity, and maintain a positive attitude at the reception desk.
General Duties
* Cover reception duties
* Perform general administrative tasks
* Assist with onsite events
* Monitor premises for cleanliness and report issues
* Take notes during meetings
* Assist with weekly compliance checks
* Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails
The Right Candidate Must Have
* Excellent customer service skills
* A positive attitude towards problem solving and finding solutions
* A proactive approach
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
