Training and Compliance Officer - Glamorgan (Hybrid) - up to £45,000 + Relocation + Benefits - Ref 2012
I am currently recruiting for a Training and Compliance Officer to work for a cutting‑edge technology company based in Glamorgan, but on a hybrid basis. Salary up to £45,000 + Relocation + Benefits.
The organisation has been in operation for many years and is a worldwide leader within the design, development, and manufacture of highly intelligent products. The business has an impressive turnover, employs around 250 people, and is constantly evolving legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products for market.
In line with the business’s expansion plans, they require a permanent Training and Compliance Officer to meet their objectives.
In this role you will be responsible for all necessary training, ensuring compliance records for audits, and training staff on SOPs (standard operating procedures), work instructions, health and safety, compliance, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) procedures. You will also be involved in onboarding and inductions for new staff.
Essential Requirements
* Experience as a Training and Compliance Officer, Training Officer or similar
* Experience working within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
Desirable Requirements
* Experience within a highly regulated industry (ideally Medical ISO:13485)
* Experience training staff on SOPs, work instructions, health and safety, compliance and GMP procedures
