The role
Who You Are We are seeking an experienced HR professional available for an initial period of 4 months. You should possess chartered status of CIPD, or have a Level 5 qualification while working towards full CIPD membership. Experience in local government or the public sector is advantageous. What the Job Involves This role entails providing an HR advisory service covering a wide range of activities, including advising managers on general HR queries and supporting restructure/TUPE processes. The postholder will also act as the HR Advisor on Employee Relations matters, notably advising the Chair at hearings and appeals. Additionally, there may be involvement in policy development and implementation. Skills HR advisory service expertise Experience in restructure/TUPE processes Employee Relations and hearings advisory experience Policy development and implementation Chartered status of CIPD or Level 5 qualification Experience in local government/public sector (advantageous)
