We're working with several well-regarded law firms in/near Canterbury, all seeking experienced Residential Property Fee-Earners to join their growing teams. Who They're Looking For:
Applications are welcome from:
* Solicitors
* Licensed Conveyancers
* Chartered Legal Executives
* Experienced, unqualified conveyancers
You must have experience handling your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity matters
* Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, including new builds
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions
* Providing high-quality client service and maintaining strong working relationships
