Overview
My client are a well established HVAC engineering company based in Hertfordshire who have been operating for over 20 years. Their projects are predominantly Government buildings and serviced office contracts, along with some high end residential. Due to growth of the Company, they are looking for a Service Manager to join their ranks and be based out of their Hertfordshire Office.

HVAC SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibilities
* Leading the company's service team under the guidance of the Service Director and Operations Director.
* Manage a team of 3 Service Coordinators and 10 Engineers.
* Coordinate daily engineer activities: PPMs, remedial works and call-outs.
* Provide technical support for engineers and coordinators.
* Assist Service Coordinators with pricing of remedial works.
* Managing F Gas compliance.
* Maintaining and adhering to client procedures.
* Maintaining professional relationships with clients at all times.
* Enforcing and adhering to policies and procedures without exception.
* Enforcing and adhering to governing regulations without exception.
Required Knowledge & Experience
* City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
* Current CSCS Skill Card, CITB SSSTS or SMSTS.
* Minimum of 10 years experience working within HVAC industry.
* Clean full UK driving licence.
Salary & Package
* £50,000 - £60,000.
* Car Allowance - £5k.
* Potential Bonus.
* Pension - 3% Company contribution and 5% employee.
* 25 Days Holiday & 8 Bank Holidays.
