The role/responsibilities
1. Support the Centre Manager in the day-to-day management of a high-profile retail asset.
2. Conduct regular site inspections across public and back-of-house areas.
3. Oversee contractor performance across security, cleaning, M&E and fabric services.
4. Manage planned preventative maintenance programmes in line with long-term asset plans.
