Why You’ll Love It
This is one of those clinics where things have been built properly — strong reputation, loyal patient base, and genuine demand already there, particularly within Women’s Health and paediatrics.
But what really stands out is how they work. You’re given the time and space to do your job properly — no conveyor-belt clinics, no pressure to rush patients through. Just quality care, delivered in a calm, supportive environment.
It’s the kind of place where you can take pride in your work, build something sustainable, and actually enjoy the day-to-day.
About the Clinic
Our client is an independent, founder-led osteopathy clinic based within a family-run gym environment in Ilkley.
They’ve built a strong reputation over the past 5 years for delivering truly personalised, patient-centred care — with a particular focus on Women’s Health, postnatal care, paediatrics, and chronic pain.
The clinic operates with a clear philosophy: treat the person, not just the condition. Appointments are structured to allow time for full assessment, hands‑on treatment, and education — not rushed, high‑volume sessions.
The gym setting offers a unique advantage, with strong cross‑referral opportunities and access to a network of coaches and fitness professionals, while the clinic itself remains a calm, professional treatment space.
All About You
We’re open on experience level for this hire – whether you’re a new graduate looking for the right environment to grow, or a more experienced Osteopath wanting autonomy and a fresh setting.

* Comfortable building and managing your own caseload
* Strong interpersonal skills – able to build trust and rapport quickly
* Open to a holistic, whole‑person approach to care
Desirable
* Interest or experience in Women’s Health and postnatal care
* Paediatric experience (or interest in developing this area)

What will you be doing?
* Managing an adult MSK caseload, with clear opportunity to develop into Women’s Health and paediatrics

* Full flexibility over your diary and working pattern
* Clinic based within a family‑run gym with a strong community feel
* Calm, professional treatment environment separate from the gym floor

Reaching your potential
Our client is in an exciting growth phase, with plans to expand facilities (including a third treatment room) and continue building on their strong local reputation.
They are investing in marketing, admin support, and referral pathways, ensuring clinicians are well‑supported as they grow their caseload.
There is clear opportunity to develop specialist interests — particularly within Women’s Health, postnatal care, and paediatrics — and to play a meaningful role in shaping the future direction of the clinic.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow with a business, not just step into one.
