Salary: £62,000-£75,000+
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE

A leading national law firm, consistently recognised in Chambers and the Legal 500, is looking to appoint a solicitor to its growing Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a department known for its breadth of work and technical strength.
The Role
You\'ll be involved in a wide range of contentious property matters, including:
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Property-related insolvency
* Contractual disputes and construction litigation
* Advisory work across complex real estate issues
* The team acts for a varied and high-profile client base, including national retailers, leisure operators, institutional landlords, developers, local authorities, and public sector bodies—offering exposure to both challenging and rewarding work.
The Candidate
* We\'re seeking a solicitor with:
* Strong file management and client-handling skills
* Some experience in property litigation or a clear interest in developing in this area
* A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for contentious work
