A Commercial Law firm in Wilmslow is seeking a Legal Cashier to enhance their small finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily legal cashiering for client and office accounts
• Purchase Ledger
• Manage accounts payable processes and disbursements
• Execute postings, processing payments, and handling petty cash
• Processing Billing & Invoices
• Assist with month-end reporting and file reviews
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required
• Use of Excel & in house systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Legal Cashier or Legal Accounts Assistant
• Strong knowledge of Solicitors' Accounts Rules
• Excellent IT skills with the ability to navigate various systems and portals
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial transactions
• A proactive attitude towards career development and teamwork

This full-time Legal Cashier position is located in the heart of Wilmslow, Cheshire, with a negotiable salary based on experience.
