About the Role
Our first-class shopping experience begins with our in-store Style Advisors. Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they strive to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure customers return regularly. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors focus on customers, actively listening to their needs and offering considered product and styling options to enhance overall store performance.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement: Connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as brand ambassadors to promote and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
2. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest styles and drive service excellence in-store. Assist customers with outfit building across various categories like daywear, workwear, or wedding wear.
3. Sales and Visual Merchandising: Greet, assist, and sell professionally, building multiple sales and championing high-quality products. Maintain awareness of visual merchandising principles to inspire store performance.
4. Transaction Handling: Operate electronic Point of Sale systems accurately, handle transactions diligently, and identify future sales opportunities.
5. Store Operations: Support daily store tasks to promote the brand and ensure smooth operations.
About You
We provide full training and ongoing support. You should be reliable, motivated, flexible for rota work, and possess excellent communication skills. Customer-centric with a pride in your work, you focus on adding value and capitalizing on every commercial opportunity.
