Our client, a reputable and supportive law firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Clinical Negligence Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 2 years experience of working within a clinical negligence department who is looking to develop within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
What you'll do:
Manage and progress your own medical negligence caseload
Handle client enquiries, gather evidence and prepare key legal documents
Conduct legal research, liaise with experts/Counsel and attend conferences
Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client care

Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Empathy, professionalism and a proactive mindset
Solid understanding of clinical negligence processes
