We are seeking a Head of Campus Services to lead the delivery of outstanding soft facilities management services across a large, vibrant campus. Reporting to the Bursar and playing a key role in operational leadership, you will ensure a safe, clean, secure, and customer-focused environment that supports both educational and commercial activities.
The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with a positive, proactive attitude. You will demonstrate proven leadership in managing in-house and contracted soft FM services, with strong stakeholder engagement and service delivery success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing security, cleaning, catering, logistics, health and safety, and events. Leading a multi-functional in-house team and managing key contractors, you will foster a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement across all services.
