An E-Commerce Website Administrator / Content Creator to manage company's online store by creating, updating, and optimizing product listings, promotional content, and digital assets like blog posts and social media updates to drive traffic and sales.
Key Responsibilities include maintaining product information, producing engaging content using design tools like Photoshop, analyzing website performance using analytics, supporting SEO efforts, managing third-party marketplaces, and collaborating with internal teams.
Core Responsibilities: Develop engaging written content (product descriptions, blog posts, emails, social media updates) and visual content (images, graphics, banners, videos) using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Website Management: Update and maintain the e-commerce website, ensuring all product information, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and optimized.
SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Promotional Activity: Set up, run, and report on website promotions and sales events to maximize conversion opportunities.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor website performance and analyze sales and website data to generate reports on performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Liaise with internal teams and external partners, such as SEO agencies and website designers, to ensure a cohesive online presence.
Key Skills & Experience:
Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems (CMS).
Writing & Editing: Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of grammar, spelling, and punctuation for creating persuasive and accurate content.
E-commerce Platform Knowledge: Experience with managing e-commerce platforms like Magento and understanding of sales-driven online environments.
Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports, general IT knowledge.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
