Job Description:

Head of Nursing – Health Clinics

Location:London (Angel Court) or Manchester (Bupa Place) – Weekly travel to office required.

Full-time – 37.5 hours

Permanent

Are you a visionary nursing leader passionate about delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care? Bupa Health Clinics is seeking a dynamicHead of Nursingto lead our nursing workforce and shape the future of clinical excellence across our UK clinics.

As Head of Nursing, you will provide strategic clinical leadership, ensuring our nursing services meet the highest standards of care, governance, and innovation. You’ll work closely with operational and leadership teams to drive quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

* Lead and support the nursing workforce across Bupa Health Clinics.
* Work with the Quality and governance team to ensure that clinical audit programmes are implemented and monitored.
* Engage in clinical governance meetings, ensuring that safety, quality, and compliance remain central to nursing service delivery.
* Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
* supporting preparation, compliance, and staff training.
* Work with operational teams to analyse complaint trends and implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Support customer service training for clinical teams, ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Develop and implement clinical policies, KPIs, and risk management strategies.
* Champion professional development and career pathways for nurses.
* Collaborate on business development, product innovation, and public health campaigns.

Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role:

* Registered Nurse (NMC) with significant leadership experience.
* Proven expertise in clinical governance, quality improvement, and risk management.
* Strong understanding of CQC and other regulatory standards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Postgraduate qualification in healthcare leadership or management.
* Experience in private or corporate healthcare settings
