MTrec are currently recruiting for a renowned and respected manufacturing company based in the Houghton area.
MTrec are currently looking for proactive individuals who are looking for a long term position in production and assembly.
The Job You'll Do:
* Assemble electronic circuit boards and perform soldering tasks in line with production drawings
* Inspect and test PCB assemblies and final products to ensure they meet quality standards
* Carry out final system assembly, including cabling, chassis build, and packaging in a clean environment
* Accurately pack finished units, prepare for dispatch, and support stock management
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO9001, IPC610, and J‑STD standards
About You:
* Ideally, possess experience in an SMT facility or manufacturing environment.
* Willingness to learn new skills required to operate the SMT line.
* Strong team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Excellent attention to detail, good eyesight, and dexterity for accurate performance of repetitive tasks.
* Reliable and flexible approach to work, with a keen willingness to learn and develop new skills.

The Hours You'll Work:
* 08:00am to 16:30pm, Monday to Thursday
* 08:00am to 15:00pm, Friday
The Pay You'll Receive:
* £12.57 Per Hour
