Job Description:
Prospero Teaching is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a lovely school in Weston-Super-Mare.
As a HLTA, you will be involved with:
* Deliver lessons planned by the class teacher where needed.
* Support the learning and development of pupils across various key stages.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to adapt resources and strategies to meet individual learning needs.
* Assisting with classroom preparation, resource development, and maintaining a safe, organised learning environment.
* Being part of a team committed to creating a positive learning experience for all children.

* Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
