We are a niche solicitors practice with offices in Bradford and Keighley. We provide expert legal advice to families and individuals. We cover a range of family services including child abduction, cohabitation/prenups, divorce and financial settlements, domestic violence, children’s issues, forced marriages and social services.
In this role you will be responsible for building your own case load and advising clients about all aspects of the law relating to family law dealing with both private and legally aided clients. We are looking for someone who is interested in practicing in a wide range of private law family issues. You will have full use of a secretarial support team. You will manage your own case files using our case management system. You will have ongoing training and development opportunities.
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience upwards of family law casework. You will be organised and approach tasks with common sense, dealing with challenging situations in a calm but effective manner. We expect you to collaborate with colleagues to build relationships and case work.
