A Day in the Life of a Guest Service Assistant
What you'll be doing...
* Welcoming guests with a friendly face, making their first impression memorable from check-in to check-out
* Handling check-ins, check-outs, and assisting guests throughout their stay
* Answering guest questions about local attractions and services
* Processing bookings and payments accurately for a hassle-free experience
* Collaborating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs
* Maintaining a professional and inviting front desk environment
* Managing calls, emails, and reservations efficiently
* Going the extra mile for special requests to enhance guest experiences
