What you’ll do:
* Lead and inspire a dedicated team across multiple catering outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, service standards, budgeting, and compliance
* Work closely with our chefs to develop seasonal menus and ensure quality, sustainability, and efficiency
* Drive innovation in events and commercial catering, aligned with the clients' mission and ethos
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in managing high-volume catering or hospitality operations
* A hands-on, customer-focused leader with strong financial and people management skills
* Passion for sustainability, local sourcing, and creating memorable dining experiences
* A flexible, can-do attitude – though primarily daytime hours, occasional evenings may be required for events
