Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider Monday to Friday - Luton - Temporary

A Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider working in Luton in a Aviation environment. Working within a team you will be responsible the completion of planned and reactive maintenance. The Engineer must have experience working in mainteance within a commercial or industrial environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
* Boiler maintenance
* Emergency lighting
* Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
* Chillers - Re-set
* Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
* Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replace taps etc
* BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
* UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
* Basic Electrical duties
Hours of work / package / duration
1. Monday to Friday
2. Weekly rotating hours: 7am to 4pm - 9am to 6pm
3. 2 week temp role initially, can be extended depending on clearance of a Temp Airside Pass
4. £25p/h - 8 hours paid per day
