We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham.
Location: Twickenham, London – Hours: 45 hours per week, with some flexibility on hours available if desired.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you'll provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
* Leading multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment.
* Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets.
* Championing a zero-harm culture and ensuring robust management of high-risk activities.
* Building trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners.
* Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary management team.
Qualifications
* Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
* Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and a positive site culture.
* Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
* Collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement.
