* Location: Perth Specsavers
* Full Time only - 37.5hrs
* Weekend working - can be flexible
* Large store over 2 floors with 8 test rooms

* Salary - up to £32,000 DOE

Experience level: Must have a minimum of two years store management and optics experience.
Main Duties:
* Manage the overall performance of the team to achieve financial targets considering the retail calendar year.
* Drive the store key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Manage health and safety effectively and ensure the store remains compliant.
* Ensure your own and your team’s personal development is actively undertaken and aligns with the business objectives.
* Provide assistance and supervision in the Lab, in the absence of the Lab Manager & Assistant Manager.
* Mentor and coach subordinates in all aspects of daily store operations, highlighting high performance and underperformance amongst all diagnostic staff.
* Deliver complex dispensing and advanced problem solving.
* Dispense complex prescriptions, including ability to demonstrate how to calculate edge thickness for a variety of frames and lenses, including plus and minus prescriptions and oblique cyls and lenticular lenses.
