Clinical Lead Nurse. Telford Hall Care Home
* £52,723 per annum (equivalent of £25.34 per hour)
* 40 hours per week
* This role is a mix of 24 hours (2 days per week) on nursing shifts and 16 hours (2 days) supernumerary shifts per week, full flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care across the home.
* Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to implement best practices and drive clinical excellence.
* Act as a role model for compassionate care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
* Support with recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and incident reporting procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.
* Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care delivery.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
