Magnum Scaffolding is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Scaffolders. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a skilled trade, work alongside experienced professionals, and become a qualified scaffolder within four years.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the team in erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures
* Load and unload lorries safely and tidily
* Help store materials on-site and in the yard
* Carry out basic maintenance of scaffolding equipment
* Drive a lorry (if you hold a valid license)
* Complete contract paperwork
* Participate in training and support your teammates
* Follow all health & safety rules and company policies
Essential
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
* Dependable and punctual
Advantageous
* COTS Training
* CISRS Trainee Card / Labourer Card or CSCS Labourer Card
