Position Summary
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland. Hours: 38 hours per week. Salary: £26,600 plus commission.
Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower the team to host from the heart, guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction and bring intention to the smallest moments.
* Drive continuous elevation to the overall customer experience, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions and leading a centre of innovation and experimentation.
* Be the expert in product knowledge to drive sales and inspire the team.
* Use creativity to design team challenges that create an engaging interactive experience in store.
* Track and measure sales results throughout the day, adapting and staying flexible to stay on track.
* Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to provide support, mentorship, coaching and guidance that the team need to flourish and grow in their roles.
* Communicate clearly and confidently, delivering feedback to the team at all levels in the moment.
* Recognise and celebrate team achievements, identifying development opportunities and feeding observations back to management.
* Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and mutual support.
* Ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising.
* Effectively manage stock and work closely with the services team to ensure all policies and processes are followed to maintain a risk‑free environment.
* Ensure the team actively opts customers into the loyalty programme to build a loyal, regular customer base for the store.

* Supervisor experience in a retail store.
* Ability to assist in developing and mentoring a high‑performing team that fosters learning, growth and development.

* Continuous curiosity and a drive to improve processes and outcomes.
Benefits
