Div h3 Job Overview /h3 p Canterbury Christ Church University is seeking a high calibre Director of Digital Products to lead the development and evolution of its enterprise digital product portfolio and play a central role in delivering the University’s digital ambitions and wider institutional strategy. /p h3 Responsibilities /h3 ul li Shape and deliver the vision, strategy and operating model for the University’s digital product estate. /li li Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, optimisation and retirement, embedding a product led approach that drives continuous improvement and value realisation. /li li Establish clear product ownership, outcome based roadmaps and robust governance frameworks to ensure investment decisions are informed, transparent and strategically aligned. /li li Work in close partnership with academic and professional service leaders to enable excellent user experiences, support data driven decision making and deliver long term organisational impact. /li li Strengthen commercial oversight, ensuring effective vendor management, cost control and return on investment across the product portfolio. /li /ul h3 Qualifications /h3 ul li Experience as a digital or product leader with a strong track record of delivering product led transformation within complex organisations. /li li Expertise in modern product operating models, including multidisciplinary teams, agile delivery and evidence led prioritisation. /li li Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integration and architecture principles. /li li Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to operate at senior levels, align diverse stakeholders around shared priorities and translate complex technical concepts into clear, meaningful outcomes. /li li Motivation to shape a modern, user centred digital environment and deliver lasting value within a mission driven organisation. /li /ul h3 About Us /h3 p Canterbury Christ Church University welcomes fresh perspectives and new voices.
