We’re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator professional to join our client in Milton Keynes. If you’re a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual with experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing business. You’ll work closely with the UK & EU sales and digital teams to support day-to-day sales operations and help drive customer satisfaction. You’ll also be a key contact for customers, ensuring their queries are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities for Sales Administrator
* Answer incoming customer calls
* Input and process sales orders
* Liaise with customers via email and telephone, providing updates on orders and technical information.
* Manage and update service and repair tracking systems.
* Generate customer repair quotes and service invoices.
* Support the sales team with reports, customer data and product information.
* Coordinate and attend customer events, conferences, and conventions.
* Assist in managing social media activities alongside the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a sales support or administration role.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
* A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
